You will receive 25 Junior Uniform Level Flag Pennant printed on card stock ready for you to trim, mini sticks, pin backs, instructions and even a completed sample. Important note: these are sent partially cut, you will need to trim to the printed outline. You will only need to have glue and scissors on hand to complete these adorable SWAPS. Completed size is about 2". This is a perfect little kit to have on hand for your girls.
